ignition is committed to maintaining a robust internship program that attracts top interns ready for learning and capable of producing great work. In line with this commitment, ignition assigns each intern group a competitive semester-long project that allows first-hand experience applying experiential marketing principles to a particular client and/or program.

Our Fall 2008 intern group, comprised of talented graduates and students from universities across the southeast, was divided into teams and tasked with crafting a winning experiential plan for our own agency. The objective: Showcase the value of ignition&apos s sustainability commitments and Social-Experiential capabilities to current and potential clients. Without surprise, the proposals and ideas within were innovative, thorough, and beneficial to the agency and intern teams.
