Just what is iCaST? The acronym stands for ignition Casting and Staff Training, and it’s our proprietary staffing process that ensures all potential ignitors are thoroughly interviewed and evaluated before they are hired, then “trained to task” for each project they’re assigned. Kristy and Abby stay in touch with ignitors throughout their employment, building a relationship with each and every person. “A champion ignitor is someone who loves every second of interacting with the public. They enjoy working as a team and strive to make a positive difference in our lives by making the difference in our programs,” says Kristy. “We can build the programs, but without great people behind them how can you spread positive energy?”
“I love hiring someone who has so much passion that it oozes through the phone!” says Abby. “We are able to introduce so many people to the world of experiential marketing. I especially enjoy the college students who work our events and then send follow-up emails afterwards asking about internships.”
Building relationships with our ignitors and helping them to grow professionally does not stop with the casting department. “Our program managers really help to make the relationship long lasting,” says Kristy. “We truly are a positively fueled company and exude that in everything we do, especially when it comes to positive coaching and servant leadership.”
When not working on a casting project Kristy can be found managing the ignition intern program, and she began her career as an ignitor herself for 1-800-CALL-ATT. Abby also manages programs for clients like The Coca-Cola Company and Popular Science, and is the internal account manager for ignition Studios.
